The paragon hot dog hut is a quality machine that will ensure you are able to set up and easily manage the food at your next event.
Each hut hold up to 75 hot dogs plus up to 20 rolls, depending on the volume of hot dogs you put in, you simply fill the machine 1 – 1.5 hours before you are ready to serve and let them steam through. (please allow 30 minutes for the machine to heat up or add hot/boiling water when setting up)
Once cooked, you simply drop the temperature down to around 65-70 degrees, this will keep everything warm and safe and will prevent the dogs from over cooking or splitting, they can sit in the machine for several hours
Add the rolls 10 minutes before you are ready…then the hardest thing you will have to do is decide whether you want to serve your guests or sit back, relax and let them help themselves to a delicious piping hot hotdog.
If the machine is very full, it will take longer for the hot dogs in the middle to cook, if you are planning on more than 50 dogs, we do recommend adding a second machine to speed up the cooking process and it will also give you more space to warm the rolls so you can serve more at once.
